Put wholemeal flour, baking powder, cottage cheese, oil and milk in a bowl and mix with a mixer (dough hook) to form a dough. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet. Cut the leeks into rings, dice the onions and press the garlic. Sauté the chopped vegetables in butter and season with salt and pepper.
Now spread the leek mixture on the dough. Carefully mix the eggs and milk. Pour the egg milk over the leek mixture.
Sprinkle everything with cheese. Bake in the oven at 175°C for 30 minutes.
If you like, you can add about 75 g of diced ham to the leek mixture.
