Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces. Drain the pineapple cubes, reserving the juice. Chop the peppers and celery, drain the corn. Layer everything in a large bowl: first the iceberg lettuce, then pineapple, then the peppers, then the corn, and finally the celery. Do not stir!
For the dressing, now mix the Miracle Whip with the cream and 3-4 tablespoons of pineapple juice, season with salt and pepper. Pour over the salad, do not stir!
Finally, sprinkle the cheese cubes on top. Let the salad sit for about 24 hours and mix only before eating. The salad looks best in a transparent bowl!
