🍓 Ingredients

  Salt and pepper white
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 Limes
2 heads Lettuce small
2 teaspoons Almonds (almond flakes)
200 grams Turkey cutlets
  Oil

🍽 Instructions

Clean lettuce, wash, pluck into bite-sized pieces.

Peel 1 lime, removing the white skin completely. Cut out the fillets between the separating skins, collect the juice. Squeeze second lime, mix all lime juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Whisk in 2 tablespoons oil.

Roast almonds in a coated pan without fat until golden brown. Remove. Wash meat, pat dry, and cut into thin strips.

Fry all around in 1 tsp hot oil for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix salads, lime fillets and turkey strips. Arrange on four plates. Drizzle with marinade and sprinkle with almonds.
