Clean, wash and chop vegetables. Steam in 1/8 l salted water for approx. 8 minutes. Meanwhile, peel bananas and cut into thick slices. Wash fish, dab dry and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place fish on top of vegetables and steam for about 5 minutes. Lift fish and vegetables out of the broth. Layer everything together with the bananas in a baking dish. Mix sour cream, cornstarch, wine and eggs. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Pour over the casserole. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
