Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Heat some olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the minced meat, salt and pepper. Fry until it is crumbly. In the meantime, wash the leek and cut into rings, add to the minced meat, sauté. Pour in the cream, bring to the boil briefly and season again with salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, alternately layer the leek and minced meat mixture and lasagna sheets, finish with leek and minced meat mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for approx.
25 – 30 minutes.
