Clean the leek and cut into wide rings. Dice the wammerl and fry it with a little fat in the pressure cooker. Cut the onion into half rings and add with the garlic clove. Add the minced meat and the tomato paste to the pot, immediately season with pepper and paprika and fry until firm.
Add the leek, the pasta, the stock cube and the water. Important: do not mix, just push the noodles down. Cook for 8 minutes on the 2nd ring. Season with salt and serve sprinkled with parsley and grated cheese.
