🍓 Ingredients

4 Eggs
200 grams Sugar
200 grams Butter
1 Lemon untreated grated rind and juice
200 grams Flour
1 package Flavoring (lemon sugar)
2 teaspoons Baking powder
100 grams Chocolate (chocolate drops)
1 pinch Salt
50 grams Cornstarch

🍽 Instructions

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Melt butter. Beat eggs with sugar, salt and lemon sugar until foamy. Add lemon juice and zest. Stir in butter. Stir in flour and cornstarch. Fold in chocolate drops.

Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour.
