300 grams Yogurt
250 milliliters Cream
75 grams Powdered sugar
75 milliliters Liqueur (limoncello)
1 Lemon zest and juice

🍽 Instructions

Whip the cream until stiff.

Mix all remaining ingredients well with a hand mixer.

Fold the stiff cream into the yogurt mixture.

Freeze the mixture either in an ice cream maker or place in a metal bowl in the freezer.

Important when freezing in the bowl:

Stir well every 15 minutes for the first 2 hours.
