Chop chicken livers, apple, garlic and onion and fry in oil in a pot until everything is cooked! Puree well with a hand blender, bring to a boil, season with spices and puree again. I stirred in about 5 g of psyllium husks at the end.
I don’t know if that made a difference in the consistency, but it was great!
Allow to cool, fill into containers and put in the refrigerator overnight.
