Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente, drain but do not quench.

Cut the ham into strips. Wash the broccoli, divide into small florets and blanch in salted water for about 3 minutes. Wash and dry the basil, pluck off the leaves (save some leaves) and cut into thin strips. Mix the basil with the ham.

Whisk the milk with the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Grease a round baking dish, put half of the pasta in the dish, spread the ham and broccoli on top, pour the remaining pasta on top. Pour the egg milk evenly over the top.


Wash and dry the tomato and cut it into thin slices.

Grate the cheese (it’s best to freeze it briefly, then it won’t smear so much). Spread the tomato slices on the pasta, sprinkle the cheese on top.

Cook in a preheated oven, E-stove 200°C, convection oven 180°C, for about 1 1/4 hours.


If necessary, cover with aluminum foil or a lid about 10 minutes before the end of the baking time. Remove the tart, sprinkle with pepper and garnish with the remaining basil.
