🍓 Ingredients

200 grams Grated cheese (Emmental)
4 Pork cutlet
2 tablespoons Herbs Italian (eg rosemary thyme basil sage) preferably freshly chopped
1 cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Tomato paste
1 cup Creme fraiche
  Salt and pepper

🍽 Instructions

Place the cutlets close together in an ungreased baking dish and sprinkle with the chopped herbs. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Mix the crème fraîche and sour cream with the tomato paste and salt and pepper. Spread the mixture evenly over the cheese. Cook in the oven at 190° for about 60 – 70 minutes. Serve with salad and baguette.
