🍓 Ingredients

250 grams Hazelnuts ground
250 grams Flour (rye flour)
  Jam e.g. quince jelly
250 grams Sugar brown
250 grams Butter

🍽 Instructions

Make a dough by hand with flour, nuts, sugar and butter.

Roll out, cut out crescent-shaped cookies and bake for about 8 minutes at 150 degrees. Stick together with tart jam. I like to use quince jelly, it goes wonderfully with the rye cookies. Baking temperature and time are always somewhat dependent on your own oven.
