Peel and chop the onion, cut the meat into strips or cubes. Heat oil in a frying pan.
Fry onion in pan until translucent (about 2 minutes). Season chicken strips with cumin or to taste, add and fry until cooked through (about 5 minutes). Add mango cubes and continue to fry for about 1 – 2 minutes.
Mix well and drizzle with lemon juice. Per serving approx.
