Dissolve 1 cube of fresh yeast in 500 ml of lukewarm water.
Then add 160 g sugar and mix with a fork, continue in the same way with 160 ml oil.
Mix 1 kg flour with 1 tsp -1/2 tsp salt. Then add the flour mixture.
Cover and let rise for 2 – 2 1/2 hours. Form rolls and place on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 min. Bake at 240 degrees top / bottom heat for 12 min.
