First crumble the meringue and whip the resulting powder together with the vanilla sugar and cream.
Then layer the frozen fruit alternately with the cream mixture in dessert bowls. Lastly, add a layer of cream on top and decorate with a few fruits. The whole thing should be served about 1 1/2 hours before eating, so that the fruit can thaw in the cream mixture at room temperature.
Can be prepared well before the main course.
