🍓 Ingredients

7 Egg yolk
500 milliliters Cream
70 grams Sugar
40 milliliters Amaretto
180 grams Marzipan paste

🍽 Instructions

Bring the cream and sugar to the boil and then remove with the egg yolk to form a rose.

Mix the mixture in a blender with the marzipan paste. Stir in the amaretto. Freeze the mass. The ice cream is relatively difficult to portion, so remove from the refrigerator in time before serving.
