🍓 Ingredients

150 grams Ladyfingers crushed
150 grams Mascarpone
50 grams Butter soft
1 package Vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons Amaretto
1 tablespoon Coffee powder instant
50 grams Chocolate white grated

🍽 Instructions

Mix all ingredients to a compact mass. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Form small balls from the mixture and roll in white chocolate, serve in paper bags. Tip: White chocolate is easier to grate if you put it in the freezer first.

If you don’t have mascarpone, you can also use creme fraiche.

Keeps well for a week in the refrigerator
