Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and work with the dough hooks until it forms a dough. Roll out this dough into a round disk and place it in a springform pan. Prick the bottom all over with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees convection for 10 minutes, then let cool. Turn the oven down to 150 degrees convection.
In the meantime, mix all the ingredients for the cream with a mixer and pour over the cooled base. Continue baking the cake for 1.5 hours. Allow to cool in the pan and dust with powdered sugar to taste.
