Cream mascarpone with 5 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 vanilla pod and mix with a dash of Marsala or maple syrup (I personally prefer delicious Italian Marsala ,o)). – Stir for a long time !!
! Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold into the cream. Whip the cream until stiff, fold into the cream and season with about 5 drops of peppermint oil.
Refrigerate. Duration according to taste, whether it should be a little smoother or a little firmer. Just try it ,o)
