🍓 Ingredients

50 grams Butter
250 grams Leftover roast or boiled meat minced
1 small Onion finely chopped
1/4 liter Milk
1 bunch Parsley finely chopped
4 Bread rolls diced
3 Eggs
  Salt
some Soup to boil
2 Potatoes boiled mashed
3 tablespoons Flour

🍽 Instructions

Fry the onion in butter, add the minced meat, fry well, mix with the bread cubes. Beat eggs with milk, salt and parsley, pour over the bread mixture, let stand for 1/2 hour.

Mix potatoes and flour, form dumplings and cook in soup. Tip: It also tastes good with minced mixed meat, seasoned with salt, pepper and marjoram. It goes best with sauerkraut or warm cabbage salad.
