Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic in oil, remove from heat and let cool. Pour milk over toast cubes and leave to stand. After some time squeeze out, knead with meat, egg, onion mixture, parsley and marjoram and season with salt and pepper.
Cover the mixture and let it rest in a cool place for about 15 minutes.
Mix the bell pepper pieces and crushed feta well with the meat mixture and season with the crushed garlic and a little pepper.
Form thumb-thick rolls from the mass, flatten with moistened hands, turn in flour and fry all around in pan with hot oil!
