🍓 Ingredients

4 Cucumbers sour (depending on size)
4 slices Meat loaf (each about 1 cm thick)
  Tomato ketchup
2 medium-sized Onions
4 slices Cheese (it may be slices of processed cheese)

🍽 Instructions

Warm the meatloaf in the oven on a baking tray lined with baking paper at approx.

160°.

Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into thin slices, halve the onions and also cut into thin slices. If you prefer, now sauté the onions briefly in a little fat in the pan until they have taken color.

When the meatloaf is hot, spread some ketchup on each slice, top with onion and cucumber slices and cover with cheese. Place back in the oven and let bake until cheese is melted.

Tip: we really like to eat mashed potatoes with roasted onions and a cucumber salad with sour cream dressing with it.
