Cut the meat loaf into strips, mix with gyros spice and 1 tablespoon oil and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Cut the peppers into strips, quarter the onion and also cut into thin strips.
Coarsely grate the cucumber, peel and chop the garlic. Mix the sour cream with the quark, season with salt and pepper and stir in the cucumber and garlic.
Fry the meatloaf in 1 tablespoon of oil for about 2 minutes, add the onions and peppers and fry for another 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange everything on plates and serve with cottage cheese.
As a side dish you can serve pita bread, baguette or rice. Instead of peppers, you can also fry finely shaved white cabbage or/and carrot sticks.
