Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Rinse the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves and chop. Knead onion, garlic, mint, minced meat, 50 g breadcrumbs, coriander, cardamom, curry, salt and pepper with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth meat dough. Oil 10 metal skewers and form the meat into a sausage around the skewers.
Beat the egg in a large flat dish with a fork and turn the skewers first in the egg, then in the remaining breadcrumbs. Chill skewers in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Then grill skewers over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, until cooked through and through.
