Dice the meat and drizzle with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Let the meat stand for 30 min., then put it on skewers.
Finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and sauté the onions and garlic. Add the peanut cream and let it melt.
Pour in the water and stir until you get a thick mixture. Squeeze the lemon. Season the sauce with lemon juice, sambal oelek and the remaining soy sauce. Chop the peanuts. Fry the skewers in the remaining oil and pepper. Arrange the meat skewers on a platter, pour the sauce over them and add the chopped nuts. Serve with rice.
