2 liter Water
500 grams Beef or pork
5 Potatoes
  Salt
1 bunch Greens
2 Eggs
125 milliliters Milk
2 tablespoons Butter
  Salt
250 grams Flour

🍽 Instructions

For the dumplings, cream butter until fluffy. Whisk salt with egg and add.

Alternately add flour and milk, work thoroughly. Add cold water to meat, skim and cook over low heat.

Add greens, 15-20 minutes before the end of cooking also add the diced potatoes. Finally, add the dumplings and salt. Let everything simmer gently for about 30 minutes.
