First peel the onion and cut it into small cubes, put the peanut flips in a freezer bag and make crumbs with a rolling pin, this will make the meatballs nice and airy later. Then put the ground beef in a bowl, add the diced onions and the peanut flips.
Next, season to taste, add the egg and mustard and sprinkle with some parsley.
Then the mixture must be kneaded well until the meat fibers bind together and a smooth, almost sticky mass is formed. Next, separate portions of the mass and form them into patties.
Heat vegetable oil or butter in a pan and fry the meatballs in it for about 10 – 15 minutes until crispy and brown.
The recipe is enough for six meatballs. It is also great for making party meatballs.
