Heat oven to 200°.
Knead the minced meat well with the spices. If it sticks too much to your hands, mix it with some breadcrumbs.
Form a loaf and press an indentation lengthwise into the mince mixture.
Dice onions and saute in butter. Mix in cream cheese and pour into the indentation. Close the meatloaf and place in a roasting tube or ovenproof dish with a lid.
Cook closed for 45 minutes.
