Boil 200 ml of water with salt.
Remove pot from heat and add cold milk. Stir in the contents of the bag of mashed potatoes and allow to cool.
Finely dice bacon and fry in 1/2 tablespoon olive oil.
Wash and chop arugula.
Peel and finely chop garlic. Knead bacon, arugula, garlic and Parmesan into the puree. Season to taste with pepper. Form a roll from the mixture (3 – 4 cm in diameter) and cut into slices about 1 cm thick.
Fry in a coated pan in the remaining hot olive oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve with KNORR Garlic Gourmet Sauce. Tip: Garnish with shaved Parmesan cheese and a few arugula leaves. Energy and nutrient content:
