🍓 Ingredients

500 grams Pasta
6 tablespoons Ketchup
250 grams Salami
3 teaspoons Spice mix (barbecue spice)
as you like Water (salt water)
some Fat for frying
1 cup Water

🍽 Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Drain the pasta. Meanwhile, cut the salami into small cubes. Heat the fat in the pan and fry the salami pieces until they are crispy.

Add the ketchup, season, mix and then add the water to make a sauce. Add the pasta to the sauce, stir and let it fry until the desired degree of browning is reached.
