Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Drain and mix with a little oil to prevent sticking. Set the oven to 160°C (convection oven). Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the onions and garlic in it over medium heat. Add the tomatoes, peppers, vinegar and the spices and cook uncovered for 6-7 minutes. Add the corn and heat briefly.

Season to taste.


Layer the pasta, sauce and cheese in batches in a baking dish, finish with cheese.

Spread the grainy cream cheese on top and place in the oven, uncovered, for 15 minutes. If you don’t like it quite so vegetarian, you can mix in a few cubes of salmon!
