Wash and cut iceberg lettuce into strips, place in large bowl. Dice tomatoes and add to salad along with salsa, crème fraîche and grated cheese and fold in. Start with half a bottle of salsa and add a little at a time depending on taste and spiciness. Break chips into pieces and place on top of salad. Don’t mix it up. When serving, everyone automatically gets some of the chips.
