3 sticks Leek
1 teaspoon Olive oil
150 grams Feta cheese
500 grams Minced meat mixed
  Salt and pepper
1 pinch Nutmeg
250 milliliters Meat broth hot
2 tablespoons Creme fraiche

๐Ÿฝ Instructions

Fry the minced meat in olive oil and pound well.

When it is cooked, add the finely chopped leek, fry briefly and deglaze everything with the hot broth. Add the diced feta and let it cook until it is almost melted. Finally, add the crรจme fraรฎche, stir and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. I like spaghetti or rice best with this.
