Fry the minced meat in olive oil and pound well.

When it is cooked, add the finely chopped leek, fry briefly and deglaze everything with the hot broth. Add the diced feta and let it cook until it is almost melted. Finally, add the crème fraîche, stir and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. I like spaghetti or rice best with this.
