Press the sausage meat out of the skin. Chop the onions.
Cut the bread in the middle, with a long knife cut along the inside of the edge and take out the inside. Soften the inside with a little water, then squeeze and knead with the onions, minced meat, egg, sausage meat and breadcrumbs. Season with salt, bell pepper, paprika and mixed herbs. Press the meat dough into the hollowed bread. Bake at 200°C covered with foil for a good 40 minutes. Then remove the foil and finish baking in 15-20 minutes.
