Dice the onion, bell bell pepper, gherkins and feta cheese.
Fry the diced onion in a little olive oil until translucent, then add the minced meat and fry well. Turn down the temperature and add the tomato juice. Add the peppers, corn and gherkins and let everything simmer gently. Finally add the feta cubes and spices and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
If desired, serve with bread or baguette. We love this very mushy consistency and like to eat it pure for dinner.
Is in any case by the cheese well saturating and even low carb.
Can of course be varied with other vegetables or other cheese countless. If you add a little more liquid, you can also use it well as a sauce for pasta, rice or the like. So there are no limits to the imagination.
