Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Knead thoroughly with the minced meat, spices and egg yolk.
Form long rolls from the minced meat mixture, stick them on wooden skewers and brush with olive oil. Grill on a hot grill for about 10 minutes until crispy. In the meantime, divide the baguette into four pieces. Cut the tomato into slices.
Put a skewer and a tomato slice in each baguette piece. If you like, you can garnish with herbs.
Serve with chips, rice, fried potatoes and tzatziki.
