🍓 Ingredients

1/2 cup Flour
2 Onions
125 milliliters Water
400 grams Minced meat
2 cups Creme fraiche
2 cups Tomato ketchup
200 grams Cheese (Emmental) grated
  Seasonings of choice
  Fat for the mold
2 cans Sliced mushrooms
as you like Lasagna plates

🍽 Instructions

Grease a baking dish. In a saucepan, sauté the sliced onions until translucent.

Then season the minced meat with salt, bell pepper and paprika, mix with the onions and fry. Then stir in the flour with water and ketchup and bring to a boil. In the greased baking dish, first pour a layer of sauce. Then a layer of lasagna sheets, again some sauce, then mushrooms, lasagna sheets and so on.

The last layer should be sauce. Finally, pour the crème fraiche on top, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 175°C for 30 min.
