Put the minced meat in a bowl with the well-drained vegetables.
Halve, seed, wash and finely chop the chili peppers. Add to the meat with the peeled, crushed garlic cloves and the rosemary. Add the eggs, season heavily with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and mix to form a compact dough. Pour the meat dough into a mold lined with muffin tins and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 20 minutes. Remove the muffins, garnish with chili rings and corn cobs and serve immediately. The quantity makes 12 muffins.
