Soak and squeeze the toast. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Knead the minced meat with the squeezed out toast, eggs, onions, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Put the mixture on a frying pan and press it down.
Pre-bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 225°C, convection oven: 200°C) for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, peel the vegetable onion and cut into rings. Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Wash and slice the tomatoes.
Drain the mushrooms. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and sauté the vegetable onion and peppers vigorously. Season with salt and pepper.
Then add the mushrooms.
Mix the gypsy sauce with ketchup, crème fraiche and 3 tablespoons of oil.
Take the pre-baked minced meat pizza out of the oven.
One by one now top with tomatoes, vegetables, sauce and grated cheese. Put back into the hot oven and bake for another 45 minutes.

Tip: If you only use ground beef, you save 30 kcal per piece.
