Mix together minced meat, roll and egg. Remove some minced meat and press it smooth. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each and form into a roll (it is best to place on greaseproof paper and roll). Grease baking dish and place roulades next to each other. Mix sour cream, cream, salt, pepper, curry and ketchup together and pour over the roulades.
Place in the oven without the lid. Bake at 200°C for approx. 45 minutes.
