Sauté the minced meat vigorously in a little oil in a large saucepan.
Whisk until small crumbs are formed. Then add the diced onions and sauté until translucent. Reduce heat and season with a good amount of salt, bell pepper, paprika, Maggi and curry. Then stir and sauté a little. Then add the water. Chop the garlic and add it. Add the bay leaves, beef broth and some cayenne pepper. Stir well and cook for 10-15 minutes. Bind with cornstarch mixed in water. Add fresh or dried parsley, depending on the season, and serve.
