🍓 Ingredients

some Flour
1 medium-sized Onion cut into small pieces
1 kilogram Minced meat mixed
2 large cans Tomato paste
1 liter Water warm
1 small bottle Ketchup
1 jar Gherkin Silesian style cut into small pieces
  Salt and pepper

🍽 Instructions

First brown the minced meat. Then season with salt and pepper. Add the onions and sauté.

When the meat is nicely brown, dust with flour. The minced meat should be covered. Then immediately stir well so that nothing burns. Add the warm water right away and stir well again. Bring to a good boil.

Then add the tomato paste and the ketchup to the mixture. You have to estimate the amount of ketchup. If you use too much, it will taste like ketchup sauce! Finally, add the cucumbers. They only need to get warm in the minced meat sauce. It is best served with noodles. It can also be prepared a day in advance for a child’s birthday party. Only the noodles should always be prepared fresh.
