🍓 Ingredients

2 medium-sized Onions
1 stick Leek
500 grams Minced meat (beef or half and half)
1/8 liter Broth instant
1 teaspoon Paprika powder sweet
1/4 liter Sour cream
  Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons Tomato paste
1 tablespoon Margarine
1 tablespoon Mustard

🍽 Instructions

Sauté finely chopped onions in fat, add the minced meat and fry vigorously. Over low heat, stir in the chopped leek, then add the tomato paste, broth, mustard and spices.

Simmer while stirring, stir in the cream just before serving. As a side dish, of course, noodles!! !
