🍓 Ingredients

1 tablespoon Oil
1 Bell pepper yellow and green
500 grams Minced meat mixed
1 Onion cut into wedges
1 can Tomato peeled or pizza tomatoes
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Cornflour
  Ground bell pepper
  Paprika powder sweet
  Salt

🍽 Instructions

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion slices until translucent. Add the cleaned peppers cut into strips and the minced meat and fry.

Add the cornflour mixed in a little cold water and bring to the boil briefly.

Add tomato paste and season with vinegar, salt, pepper and paprika. Serve with rice or noodles.
