1 cube Yeast fresh
500 grams Wheat flour type 1050
200 grams Mozzarella finely diced
300 milliliters Water lukewarm
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Basil chopped
200 grams Parmesan coarsely grated
2 cloves Garlic fresh finely chopped
1 teaspoon Sea salt
  Olive oil to coat
1 teaspoon Pepper coarsely ground
2 tablespoons Rosemary chopped

🍽 Instructions

Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the center.

Add yeast and olive oil to the lukewarm water, dissolve the yeast in it and pour the mixture into the well, sprinkle in salt and mix a pre-dough with a little flour from the side.

Cover with a damp cloth and leave in a warm place for about 10 minutes.

Knead the pre-dough with the rest of the flour in the bowl into an elastic dough and let it rise for 20 minutes in a warm place.

Roll out the dough on a baking sheet, let rise briefly for a few minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic and basil and roll into a roll from the long side.

Place it diagonally on the baking sheet and pierce it several times with long wooden sticks to fix it.

Brush the roll with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, rosemary and pepper and then place in the oven on the 2nd level from the bottom. Baking time: 50-60 minutes Temperature: 180Β°C (hot air)
