Lightly beat eggs and powdered sugar in a food processor, add hazelnuts and chocolate sprinkles, mix everything well and spread on baking sheets lined with baking paper with the help of two spoons (or who just likes to mash, with your fingers).
Bake at 180°C in an electric oven for about 20 minutes.
The quantity is enough for 2-4 baking sheets, depending on the size of the cookies.
