🍓 Ingredients

10 Lychees
1 Apple
1 Kiwi
200 milliliters Buttermilk
1 Pineapple one third of it

🍽 Instructions

Wash the apple and cut into quarters, then remove the core and add to the blender in rough cuts. Then peel the kiwi and add it to the apple in rough cubes.

The lychees are a little more work because you have to peel and core them. If that’s too much for you, just leave them out. Then cut off about 1/3 of a whole pineapple, remove the peel and roughly dice. When everything is in the blender, add the buttermilk, only 200 ml at first. If it is still too thick, add some more buttermilk.

How thick, or thin you want it, is best decided by yourself. I make it so that you can drink from the glass and with a straw.

The amount makes about 2 – 3 glasses of 250 ml.
