First of all, it is important that all ingredients are processed cold, so that you really get a refreshing drink. If the currants (optionally replace them with other berries, such as raspberries) are frozen, they should be allowed to thaw slightly before processing.
First, cut the 50 g of apple into small pieces. Then put all the ingredients in the blender and puree them as finely as possible.
Then pass the mixture through a sieve to filter out the skin and seeds of the berries and any remaining apple pieces.
The whole thing is then filled into a glass and the multivitamin smoothie is ready! Tip: The currants make the drink slightly tart. If you prefer it sweet, you can balance it out with a little honey. Even in winter you do not have to do without it, because the berries can be super replaced by frozen fruit.
