Clean, cook and chop the mushrooms. Peel and chop the onions and sauté in oil. Chop the herbs and mix with the onions.

Mix the mushrooms with it, add 3 tablespoons of flour and season well with salt, pepper and fondor. Grease a baking dish and dust with the remaining flour. Pour the mushroom mixture into the mold and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. When the edges turn golden brown, the roast is ready.
