🍓 Ingredients

100 grams Onions (pearl onions)
1 small Red or yellow bell pepper
500 grams Fresh mushrooms
100 grams Cheese (sliced cheese) of your choice
3 tablespoons Olive oil
3 tablespoons White wine vinegar
  Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon Parsley fresh finely chopped
1 clove Garlic finely chopped
2 tablespoons Oil
1 small Onion

🍽 Instructions

In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in oil. Add the mushrooms cut into quarters, season with pepper and salt, toss and make sure they still have ‘bite’. Cut the cheese and peppers into cubes or strips, halve the pearl onions.

Make a marinade with the white wine vinegar, olive oil and parsley. Mix everything together well and serve.
